Dr Eric Dumisani Zinyengere is a Coach, Catalyst and Principal Consultant at TEAM Consulting, committed to helping people and organisations unlock their full potential and translate ambition into meaningful, sustainable results. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and experienced management consultant and trainer, Eric brings extensive experience in strategy, organisational performance, leadership, governance and transformation. He has worked across the public and private sectors, including five years as National Country Coach supporting Government of Zimbabwe reforms focused on improving the business environment. His consulting philosophy is grounded in understanding before prescribing, practical execution, and building organisational capability that lasts beyond the engagement. His work spans strategic planning, organisational alignment, performance management, leadership development, governance and institutional transformation. Beyond consulting, Eric has contributed to professional associations, boards and Christian ministry organisations, and has lectured in Leadership and Management at diploma and master’s levels. He is particularly passionate about stewardship, leadership development, purposeful organisations and developing people who can create lasting significance.
